Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) APKs

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is a leading Federal Government agency responsible for investigating taxation and money laundering-related crimes in Pakistan. Its primary mandate involves gathering intelligence on tax evasion, conducting audits of unreported income, assets, and expenses, and enforcing tax laws on behalf of the Government of Pakistan. As the central revenue collection agency, the FBR also oversees the administration of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Federal Excise, and Customs duties. Additionally, the FBR maintains separate divisions dedicated to auditing and investigating withholding agents operating within the country. It also provides information on various electronic systems, including e-filing, to facilitate efficient tax compliance.
