Steps to get a natural person report Online:
Step 1: Download the app from Google Play to your phone and install
Step 2: Customers register an online account, fill in all the information as instructed and upload pictures of the front and back of personal papers and portrait photos to verify identity.
Step 3: Customers request to get report.
Step 4: PCB's customer service officer will take one more step to verify the accuracy of information provided by the customer. If the information is correct, the approved customer officer agrees to issue a report to the customer and notify the customer via email of the customer provided.
Step 5: Customers will pay the fee to get the report. When the payment is successful, the customer will be returned the report by the PCB system and then notified to the customer via email / SMS.
Step 6: Customers come to view / download their personal reports.
