RX Connect APKs

The Riese & Müller RX Connect app is the mobile cockpit for your E-Bike. It gives you access to local dealers and workshops as well as all the data on the My Bike service platform. The app also connects you directly to your bike via the RX Chip (if an RX Service is booked). It gives you your bike’s location at any time, your riding statistics and the RX Chip battery level so you charge it in time after longer periods of non-use. You can also switch on the digital alarm for your bike through the app so that you are notified by push notification should it be moved or removed.

Please note:
•A free Riese & Müller account is needed to use the app.
•One or more registered Riese & Müller E-Bikes can then be displayed in the app.
•Riese & Müller bikes from 2017 onwards can be registered for "My Bike".
•Customers with an RX Chip in the bike (chargeable upgrade with the purchase of an E-Bike) require a booked RX Service (bookable online at www.r-m.de) to use the functions, such as riding statistics and digital alarm.
•You need to agree in the app to tracking by the RX Chip.
•For optimum use of the app, please consent to your location being tracked (enabling your actual surroundings to be displayed on the map).
•You need to agree to tracking in the app or in your "My Bike" account to use the RX Chip functions. You may revoke your consent at any time.
•Please activate push notifications to use the digital alarm.
