-Real estate transaction electronic contract mobile service (real estate agent, contractor)-
This service is a mobile service of the real estate transaction electronic contract system (http://irts.molit.go.kr).
The real estate transaction electronic contract of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport started pilot operation in April 2016 and is currently in service nationwide.
This service allows you to view and modify e-contracts for sales and leases created in the real estate transaction e-contract system, and supports the conclusion of real estate contracts electronically through identity verification, identification, and electronic signature of the contractor.
The certified broker is the member information (ID/password, accredited certificate) subscribed to the electronic contract system, and the contractor can use the service after logging in through mobile phone authentication.
[main function]
- (Contract inquiry) Function to search electronic contracts including sales and rental electronic contracts, brokerage object confirmation instructions, ID photos, and deduction certificates
- (Mobile phone authentication) Mobile phone authentication function to verify the identity of the contractor
- (Confirmation of certified realtor) Function to verify the identity of the realtor through the provision of a photo of the realtor
- (Identification photographing) function to photograph the contractor's identification and include it in the electronic contract
- (Fingerprint Signature) Including the contractor's fingerprint information in the electronic contract to prevent repudiation of contract signing in the future (separate external device required)
- (Electronic signature) Provide contract conclusion function through handwritten electronic signature and certified electronic signature on electronic contract
