It pays to have your energies under control! Download the mobile application eZóna SSE from Stredoslovenská energetika, a. p., and get online 24/7:
- online support 24/7,
- payment of invoices and advances online,
- information about collection points, invoices and deposits,
- quick comparison of year-on-year energy consumption,
- the ability to enter requests quickly and conveniently online,
- notifications about possible arrears or inappropriate rates,
- notifications for entrepreneurs about exceeding the reserved capacity,
- possibility of entering self-calculations,
- notifications about planned shutdowns,
- the possibility of online signing of the contract for rewriting or new connection of electricity and gas,
- monitoring of requests entered online through the SSE eZone,
- information about the additional SSE products and services used,
- possibility of online contract or order of SSE products and services.

The SSE eZone is primarily intended for customers of Stredoslovenská energetika, a. s., who use any product from it, be it electricity, gas or other products and services.

Information for customers from the household segment

On the home page, press the button "Create a household account" and after entering and verifying your email, we will create an account in the SSE eZone. After creating an account, we will guide you through its activation in order to assign all your collection points (for SSE customers) to it, so that you can fully use its functionalities.
After successful registration, you can start using all the benefits of the SSE E-zone.

A tip for you

In your SSE E-Zone account, we display all electricity and gas take-off points that have passed authentication based on the multiple data you entered when you activated your account.
However, if you don't see all of them listed and SSE is your supplier for them, it's likely that they failed to match based on the data you entered.
You can prevent this by updating the data for all your collection points (name and surname, phone number, e-mail, date of birth) using the contact form in the SSE E-Zone.

Information for customers from the business segment

To create an account, you need to enter your company's ID number in the Login e-mail/company ID field and enter the one-time password that was delivered to you by mail or when you set up a new collection point in the Password field. After creating an account, we will guide you through its activation in order to assign all your collection points to it, so that you can fully use its functionalities.
