In this app, we have two tabs on the dashboard page after login: TPMS Configuration and TPMS Monitor.
TPMS Configuration Tab
This tab includes Sensor Configuration, Configured TPMS List, and Vehicle Management.
1.Vehicle Management:
Users can create a vehicle by clicking on Add Vehicle and entering the vehicle number in the specified format.
After submitting the vehicle number, a vehicle form will open where users need to provide all the necessary details.
Once the form is submitted, the vehicle will be created.
2.Sensor Configuration:
Users select a vehicle and submit it to open the Vehicle Sensor Preview screen.
On this screen, a Bluetooth connection is required. If Bluetooth is not connected, the app will close, prompting the user to connect the device via Bluetooth and reopen the app.
Once connected, users can configure sensors into the vehicle’s tires using a TPMS Configurator hardware device and sensors.
By clicking Pair Device, the app will display the TPMS Configurator device. Users need to connect to this device for Bluetooth functionality.
After connection, clicking on a tire will open a popup with options like LF (Left Front), RF (Right Front), and Scanner.
Users place sensors inside the tires to check tire health status. For example, clicking LF will establish a connection, and users can apply pressure to the tires.
Once the connection is successful, the system will display tire data such as pressure, temperature, and sensor ID.
This process is repeated for all tires to configure the sensors.
3Configured TPMS List:
This screen displays all vehicles with configured sensors.
By clicking on a vehicle, users can view its details, including tire health status.
TPMS Monitor Tab
This tab includes Vehicle List View, Vehicle Map View, Alerts, and Reports screens.
1.Vehicle List View:
Users can view a list of all vehicles.
By selecting a vehicle, users can see its details, tire health status, and a timeline for tracking the vehicle’s history.
2.Vehicle Map View:
This screen displays the vehicle's location on a map, showing where the vehicle is currently located.
3.Alerts Screen:
Alerts are generated based on threshold violations, such as tire pressure exceeding the set limits or high tire temperatures.
Users can view these alerts on this screen.
4.Reports Screen:
Users can generate vehicle reports by selecting the vehicle number, frequency, and date range.
A Download option is available to save the report.
Application Purpose
This application helps monitor tire health status using Bluetooth connectivity. It requires hardware devices such as sensors and Configurator for sensor configuration. Once sensors are configured, users can view vehicle details and monitor tire health on the TPMS Monitor Dashboard.
