This analysis activity entails that this data is processed using automatic decision tools to allow a more effective assessment of the risk of being a victim of fraud. This is exclusively for the purpose of efficiently minimizing this risk. This activity, which involves the evaluation of specific aspects linked to the use of the apps via the mobile device used to use the services provided, gives rise to processing that Banca Mediolanum carries out to fulfill specific obligations established by European Union law and current Italian regulations aimed at guaranteeing the prevention, investigation, identification and repression of cases of fraud. The need to fulfill these obligations, which the Bank is required to respect based on current legislation, constitutes the legal basis that legitimizes this processing.
